Apple pickin' time was lots of fun. The weather was perfect and the job was done quickly. With the help of a tractor bucket we were able to reach all the best ones in the top of the tree.
These pictures were taken 2 weeks ago already and we're still not done processing them. We're making applesauce and butter, dehydrated apples for trail mix, apple jelly, and frozen apple pie filling.
